That is sort of a dumb song, but mmmmm, Gene Kelly. On wheels.
It's a goofy song, yes, but it's so catchy you'll have it stuck in your head forever. I whistle it so much at school that the kids now recognize it as "that roller skate tap thingie" as they call it.
