Actors that appeared on the Mighty Boosh?
They all have a Mighty Boosh connection. I'm not sure that there are any Boosh actors in the clown-beating video, but it (and the Matt Berry one) were directed by Richard Ayoade.
I saw Michael Fielding in the first one. I saw Matt Berry in his, and I saw Noel and Julian in the last one, so the clown one was the one that was throwing me off.
